The Natural Flood Management Priority Actions Grant Scheme is back

11th June 2026 News
The Natural Flood Management Priority Actions Grant Scheme is officially open for applications again!

This grant funds local projects that use Natural Flood Management (NFM). This means working with nature to slow down flood water. Examples include planting trees, building leaky dams, or improving soil. Together, these actions protect our valleys.

If your project tackles one of these eight actions, you will get a higher score on Section 4 of your application form.  See the list of these actions.
