The Copley Flood Warden Group supports residents before, during and after flooding incidents. The group has been a key local contact for the Environment Agency throughout the development of the Copley Flood Alleviation Scheme, helping to share information and represent community concerns.
There are currently four active flood wardens in this area. The wardens promote flood preparedness, communicate flood warnings and local updates, and support community resilience activities.
