EPIKS has two new roles that will help to shape to the future climate and economy through the Colne and Calder Landscape Links Project.
1. Calder and Colne Landscape Links Access and Engagement Officer
Salary: £27,810 – £29,870 Per Annum pro rata 0.6 FTE
Are you passionate about linking people with nature? Can you envisage an accessible network of paths and information centres that people of all backgrounds could visit and understand more about the landscapes of West Yorkshire? By engaging a range of stakeholders and sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm, you will help to create a twenty year Landscape Development Plan for the Colne and Upper Calder Valleys.
2. Landscape Development and River Steward
Salary: £25,750 – £27,810 Per Annum pro rata 0.4 FTE
Are you passionate about nature recovery in the Pennine Valleys? Could you create more diverse habitats along the Colne Valley in Huddersfield, working with volunteers and the community. Could you enlist others to contribute to better stewardship of rivers in an urban setting?
Both roles offer an office base in Huddersfield, with options for flexible working and working from home.
