3 - Matters arising: Covered by the agenda.
4 - Eye on Calderdale: Kathleen Eidson has responded to jae Campbell’s request for feedback about usability. Sarah-Jayne has offered some support to Kathleen. Thanks to all.
5 - Community Foundation for Calderdale grant: JL has written a letter of thanks. JB confirmed that the amount will show in the Flood Group accounts if the Foundation request sight of these. JB faxed a copy of the HB application to Robin Dixon to aid the Mytholmroyd application for a similar grant.
6 - Flood Stores:
Picture House: SH to advise when initial stocking complete. JL to ask DM to organize a meeting of local volunteers. Agreed to ask Taxi office whether they could keep one or two keys, as well as 4 for local volunteers and 2 for Flood Group members.
Bridge Lanes: Awaiting confirmation from Calderdale.
ATC: Also ready to be stocked.
Agreement reached between residents and Calderdale, via SH. JL to extract Flood Plan for this area next. Murts: SH will check with MA and pursue meeting of local residents to agree final plans/ risk assessment. AE is happy to be the named contact for the Flood Stores. JL to advise Calderdale of his postal address.
7 - Review of constitution and discussion of closer working with the Mytholmroyd Flood Action Group: To be discussed with Robin Dixon.
8 - Resilience Board: JC and AE to share attendance.
9 - Any other business: HB Partnership meeting 6th July-discussion of the local plan is in it’s early stages. Request from Calderdale for long standing resident or business who have been flooded with memorable quotes for a lobbying leaflet. JL to suggest Virginia Saynor tries people who have received grant assistance from Calderdale.
