The Environment Agency have issued the following update regarding frequently asked questions;
Following on from the devastating flooding across the Calder Valley in February, a series of questions and queries were raised with the Environment Agency (EA). Unfortunately, due to the current Coronavirus work restrictions, the EA have been unable to hold all of the planned drops-in sessions and face to face meetings which had been organised to answer any questions from the community.
To address this, we have produced a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ document. We hope that this will provide clarity and answers to some of the questions asked. It also includes references to easily accessible external information sources and links to relevant published guidance.
This document also includes current information relating to the EA’s operational response during the Coronavirus pandemic.
The FAQs can be downloaded and viewed via the link here.
