    People of Calderdale Upper Valley are being asked whether they could hear the flood warning sirens which were tested today (Friday 20 October).

    Eight sirens used to warn people that rivers are expected to flood were sounded by the Environment Agency at 10.45am to test their audibility. These were in Walsden, Todmorden, Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd.
